Tips for Avoiding Making Excuses

Identify your favorite excuses. By identifying which excuses we use we can make a plan to cut them out of our life.
Decide you want to stop making excuses. Some of us like to make excuses. In order to get out of a rut, we must decide we longer want to make excuses.
Get out of your head. It’s easy to rationalize excuses in our head. Listen to your heart. What do you really want?
Create an action plan. By writing down our goals and breaking them down into specific, smaller action steps, we are more likely to succeed.
Stop caring about what others will think. You are responsible for your life. It’s none of your business what other people think. If you want to reach a goal – do it.
