Neujahr Development Company is in the business of speaking and writing to make a difference in the lives of people. As the owner of the company, my mission is to encourage, inspire and challenge individuals to develop excellence in their daily lives. I carry out my mission by presenting high-energy, dynamic programs designed to make an impact on any organization and by creating motivational products.
Neujahr Development Company is in the business of developing people and the organizations they are a part of. Development starts within the company and then moves out to the people we serve. We operate all parts of the business with congruence, integrity and honesty. It is our goal to be excellent in our business practices and in our dealings with people.
NDC Legacy Statement
Neujahr Development Company exists to support individuals and organizations with personal and professional development. Our goal is to make a difference one life at a time. We strive to leave people encouraged and motivated to live their dreams and then use the knowledge they have obtained to make a difference in the life of someone they know. We are a congruent organization – living our message both on and off the platform.
While making a positive impact on people with our programs and product offerings, we are an organization dedicated to giving back. Neujahr Development Company will support non-profit youth and family organizations in the form of pro-bono programs and monetary donations. We believe that teenagers are the future and we exist to help support youth in developing their full potential. As an organization, we will give 10% of our profits to organizations that meet our criteria.
