Meeting Planners
It’s Michelle’s goal to work with you to plan the best meeting possible for your group. She believes the planning process should be fun, easy and without stress. In order to help you accomplish your goals, Michelle will commit her time and resources to making your event a success. She is easy to work with, committed to serving her clients and she works hard to present the best possible program every time she is on the platform.
Michelle will work with you through each stage of the planning process. Thoughtful planning is important to the success of your next meeting.
Once you have decided to hire Michelle for you event, you will be asked to sign a contract, fill out a pre-program questionnaire and send in a down payment. When booking Michelle, half of the fee is due at the time of booking and the other half is due 10 days prior to the event.
Once the contract is received, Michelle will send you her introduction, the program description, her bio and a current photo to use in your marketing material.
