Half of the payment is due upon signing of contract. The remaining half is due the day of the presentation. This date will be held for 14 days to allow for the return of the signed contract. Cancellation:
Upon signing this agreement, I will commit my time and resources to prepare for this event. Cancellation of this program will result in a loss of income. If the program is cancelled prior to the program date, your deposit will be non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, you will have one year from the cancellation date to rebook and apply the deposit to the next event.
Equipment:
I prefer a Wireless Lavaliere Microphone. If this is not possible please let me know which type of microphone will be available.
Product Sales:
Permission is given to sell products at the back of the room. Depending on the size and configuration of the room, I will need eight-foot table at the back or side of the room.
Taping:
All electronic recording of this program is prohibited without prior written approval of Michelle Neujahr.
Satisfied Client:
Letters from satisfied clients are an important part of my marketing plan. If you are "satisfied" following the program, you agree to write a testimonial letter on your business letterhead as a reference for my future clients.
